个人简介
赵梅,博士,讲师,2021年博士毕业于电子科技大学物理学院,同年入职beat365官方网站。主要从事半导体相关光电材料及器件方向的研究,包括二维半导体及其异质结的可控制备、光电特性表征、光电器件性能测试分析。目前为止,已在Adv. Funct. Mater.,Nano-Micro Lett.,Nano Res.,J. Mater. Chem. C等发表多篇SCI论文,授权中国发明专利3项。
